1. General Instructions

Ireland requires citizens of certain countries have a valid entry visa.

"People from certain countries need a valid Irish entry visa before arriving in the State, whether by air, sea or land. An Irish visa is a certificate placed on your passport or travel document to indicate that you are authorised to land in the State subject to any other conditions of landing being fulfilled."

2. Letter of invitation from IJCNN

If you need a letter of invitation from IJCNN you will be issued one when you register for the conference/tutorial/workshop (early registration to begin in the middle of March, 2015).

If you need a letter earlier than that, please contact INNS (inns@inns.org). Letters will be provided to registered attendees, authors, tutorial/workshop/special session organizers, etc.
