Software
Our most recent software available related to robust geometric computing
can be obtained from the geometry webpage.
Follow this link.
In addition, other software may be released on my general graphics pages,
which are not complete. Those pages are available
here.
Below are references to earlier pages on some of this software.
- The early version of the MAPC
library is a library for efficient exact manipulation of algebraic points and curves.
This link goes to the original website. MAPC was incorporated into ESOLID, and
it is recommended that one download ESOLID for the latest (i.e. bug-fixed) MAPC code.
- ESOLID is a system
for performing exact boundary evaluation of low-degree curved solids. This link goes
to the original website, with a brief description of ESOLID. While originally developed
at UNC, ESOLID has been completely redone (particularly to make it less dependent on
the LiDIA libraries) and the code is now released from a webpage here at Texas A&M -
see the top of this web page.
