Blessed are those who realize they are in desparate need of outside help; anathema to the American self-reliant way of life. But if the infinite (Pascal's Wager) , omnipotent, omniscient God of the Universe exists, the Creator of everything that is, the Author of Life, and He tells us we can do "nothing apart from Him" (John 15:5), we should examine this carefully.
