Registration

Note:  Registration is now OPEN. 

• Full registration covers two papers.
• Student registration covers one paper.
• NOTE: acceptance letter erroneously stated that all papers require full registration. This is incorrect. Student registration can cover one paper.
• For student registration, upload proof of full-time student status (undergraduate or graduate) to the registration form. Valid forms of proof are one of the following. 
• In all cases, student status must be valid as of May 2017.
• Department chair/head's letter on official letterhead confirming your fulltime student status.
• Student ID that has time stamp of registered semester/quarter.
• Official certificate of enrollment issued by the university.
• Receipt of tuition payment for the semester/quarter.
• In all cases, the full name must appear in English, and the name should be the same as the author info in the paper.
• NOTE: postdocs and part-time students must pay full registration. 
• Please carefully read the instructions below before proceeding to the registration form.

For accepted papers:

1. Every paper must have at least one author registered for the conference, and attend the conference to present the work.
1. No-show (both oral and poster) will result in the paper being dropped from the IEEE Xplore proceedings.
2. A full registration covers 2 papers.
3. A student registration covers 1 paper.
4. Additional papers: $250 each.

• Important: If paying by bank/wire transfer, please send a copy of your bank confirmation to the INNS Central Office at inns@inns.org so that we can apply your payment to the correct account.

Cancellation policy:

• Any registration cancellations must be made in writing directly to inns@inns.org.
• If received on or before April 14, 2017, IJCNN 2017 will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of your registration fee, after the meeting.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 14, 2017. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
