Note: Travel Grants info is now available (now closed -- last updated April 30, 2015). 

Author Registration (Prior to April 25, 2015 April 27, 2015):

Early Registration (Prior to April 25, 2015 May 15, 2015):

• INNS/IEEE Members: $550
• Non-members: $700
• Students (full-time only): $175   (upload proof of full-time student status to the registration form).

After Early Registration Date (After April 25, 2015 May 15, 2015):

• Members: $650
• Non-members: $800
• Students (full-time only): $275  (upload proof of full-time student status to the registration form).

For accepted papers:

1. Every paper must have at least one author registered for the conference.
2. A full registration can cover two papers for this purpose.
3. A student registration can cover only one paper.

• Important: If paying by bank/wire transfer, please send a copy of your bank confirmation to
  the INNS Central Office at inns@inns.org so that we can apply your payment
  to the correct account.

Cancellation policy:

• Any registration cancellations must be made in writing directly to the IJCNN 2015 at the address given at the end of this form.
• If received on or before June 15, 2015, IJCNN 2015 will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of your registration fee after the meeting.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 15, 2015. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
